    Norissa Samuels is a leader in the creator economy, currently serving as the first Creator Partnerships Lead for Snapchat in Canada. Based in Toronto, she oversees relationships with Canadian public figures and content creators, helping them unlock creativity and maximize brand partnership opportunities. Previously, she led athlete and creator partnerships at TikTok Canada, where she played a key role in growing the platform's creator ecosystem. With a strong background in brand partnerships and digital strategy, Norissa has spent the last decade developing impactful collaborations across sports, entertainment, and media. She is also passionate about community building and supporting the growth of emerging creators.

    Dayne Carter is the Athlete Partnerships Lead at Snapchat, based in New York City, where he works with top athletes and sports creators globally to shape their social strategy. Prior to Snapchat, he began his career at The SpringHill Company, contributing to the growth of LeBron James’ business portfolio through high-impact campaigns with brands including Beats by Dre, Coca-Cola, and JPMorgan Chase. He later joined Bleacher Report, where he played a key role in expanding its creator ecosystem, working closely with flagship platforms like House of Highlights and B/R Football. Outside of work, Dayne is a lifelong sports fanatic (and proud, washed hooper) and a musician, with one of his proudest moments being a halftime performance at a Brooklyn Nets game.

    Bob Cornwall is a senior media and marketing leader with over two decades of experience spanning brand marketing, digital platforms, and advertising technology. He currently serves as Country Manager for Snap Inc. where he leads the Canadian business, working with all advertisers, agencies, and industry partners to turn Snapchat ad solutions into growth engines for their businesses. Previously, Bob held leadership roles at The Trade Desk and Google/YouTube, and began his career on the brand side with companies including Unilever, Kraft/Mondelez, and Nike. With deep expertise across both brand and platform perspectives, Bob brings a well-rounded, strategic lens to evaluating creative excellence.

    Paulo Senra is the Chief Communications and Content Officer at Canada Soccer, where he leads the organization’s global storytelling strategy for both National Team programs at a defining moment for the sport in Canada. Focused on positioning soccer at the centre of culture, he is driving a modern, content-first approach that connects players, fans, partners, and platforms in new ways as the country builds toward FIFA World Cup 2026™. Prior to Canada Soccer, Senra held senior leadership roles with the Canadian Olympic Committee, DAZN, the Canadian Football League, and OverActive Media.
