Bazinga! Lands Canada’s Largest High-rise Condo Developer as a Client
Tridel – Canada’s largest high-rise condominium developer – has announced a partnership with Vancouver-based bazinga! following a successful pilot project in two of Tridel’s recent communities.
Today’s announcement will see bazinga!’s private social network for residential communities integrated in all new Tridel condo communities as well as it becoming available to all existing Tridel properties.
The Tridel partnership aggressively expands bazinga!’s East Coast market share and increases bazinga!’s overall footprint to almost 100,000 homes.
At its core the bazinga! platform provides residents, developers and property managers a centralized, private, social communication channel, offering all parties an equal voice and open dialogue.
The platform also works to streamline and centralize building management processes and documents, making them readily accessible for property managers and residents alike.
While some of us might call a condo home, sometimes it really doesn’t feel like a community. Streamlined communication between residents boosts sense of community and is proven to build safer neighbourhoods.
“People are living closer than ever, yet few of us know our own neighbours,” says Joseph Nakhla, Founder and CEO of bazinga!.
“At bazinga! we want to disrupt the way people think about traditional community living by putting the power of community back into the hands of homeowners. Tridel understands that a home is more than just its walls, it’s also the experience and care a resident receives after completion. Our partnership with Tridel is another milestone for bazinga! and is a strong indicator of the uptake we have been seeing across North America in recent months.”

The integration of bazinga! will also allow residents to provide direct feedback to Tridel about the condos they build. With this data building design or management can be adapted to appeal to the evolving demands of condo buyers, which will ultimately increase overall customer satisfaction.
Jim Ritchie, Tridel’s Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, shares, “As technology and the needs of homebuyers evolved, we have looked for the right partnership that will offer long lasting value to our residents and property managers. We believe this is bazinga! and are thrilled to offer our homebuyers more than just a home, but a community.”
The Tridel partnership adds the credibility and experience of an eight-decade residential community builder to bazinga!’s growing client roster.
