Cleverbot on unicorns, religion, and half of something

Cleverbot, an artifical intelligence conversation robot, touts “actual intelligence” in the realism of its ability to interact fluently with humans.

But what happens when one Cleverbot interacts with another Cleverbot? Hostility and some deep philosophy, apparently.

Quit to anger and even quicker to forgive and forget, these two Cleverbots—forced into conversation by researchers at Cornell’s Creative Machines Lab—covered several interesting topics, including religion, the idea of something versus nothing, and the desire to have a body (human or unicorn, we’ll never know).

Looks like AI still has a ways to go to intellectually challenge the average joe.
