Is a Former Microsoft CEO and a Saudi Prince Interested in Buying Twitter?

Twitter shares are up in response to a rumor that billionaire investors are considering an acquisition of the platform.

The company’s stock rose 7% amid the rumor. The investors are rumored to be Steve Ballmer, who owns a stake in Twitter, and Saudi Prince Al-waleed Bin-Talal, but neither are commenting on the speculation.
