Vidoop, the Portland company that allows you to say goodbye to passwords, has joined forces with AOL to add Vidoop ImageShield technology to every AOL OpenID credential.
This is a major step forward for OpenID and Vidoop with the potential of exposing Vidoop’s technology to more than 100 million AOL users.
According to TechCrunch:
Vidoop has also partnered with Charles Schwab Retirement and hopes more financial organizations will follow suit. Clickpass, a popular OpenID initiative covered here, partnered with Vidoop this past March.
News of the Vidoop ImageShield release to AOL OpenID accounts first appeared on Silicon Florist, July 10. For more information on ImageShield technology, visit Vidoop.
