Wantoo has launched a public beta. The Canadian startup aims to disrupt the customer experience space with a cloud-based feedback management platform designed to optimize engagement.
It’s a buzzword-heavy descriptor, but Wantoo has already worked with major clients during its private beta, including banks, universities, and the Rockefeller Foundation. The startup captures feedback from the web, mobile, and social, then processes that data using machine learning to generate manageable themes.
Wantoo was cofounded by CEO Michael Tippett, a serial entrepreneur based in Vancouver.
“Teams need to make fast decisions if they want to outpace the disruptive forces that are threatening their businesses,” he explains.
“With our platform we think we can extend that kind of agility to any situation where a decision needs to be made,” added cofounder Dave Humphrey.
