Xtranormal powers viral iPhone 4 vs. EVO 4G video
Not much going on North of the Border on Canada Day but in the US tech blogs are eating up the popular iPhone 4 vs. HTC EVO video created by Best Buy employee Brian Maupin, a 25-year-old based in Kansas City.
The video portrays an electronics store employee trying to convince a person looking for an iPhone 4 to buy an HTC EVO 4G instead and it’s pretty funny. Unfortunately for Maupin’s sake, Best Buy didn’t find it amusing and is trying to terminate him.
So, what’s the Canadian connection? The video was created using Montreal’s Xtranormal text-to-movie technology.
