In her previous role, Nancy drove product innovation on Microsoft Excel, delivering impactful features for one of the most widely used productivity tools in the world. She consistently brings a user-first mindset to every project, with a passion for building products that unlock potential. Beyond her work at Microsoft, Nancy mentors aspiring product managers and frequently shares insights on product strategy and career growth at events including Product Festival, Harvard, and Johns Hopkins University.
