With the platform delivering over a billion hours of viewing daily, Mark plays a key role in shaping the leading streaming app in the U.S. He specializes in solving complex UX challenges, skillfully aligning business goals with the diverse needs of viewers, creators, and advertisers. Since joining Google, Mark has made impactful contributions across teams, from optimizing Ads products to improving YouTube’s integration with third-party devices. Before joining Google, Mark built a global career spanning London, Sydney, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York. His foundation in graphic design and creative production evolved into a focus on UX through leadership roles in the advertising world and hands-on work with innovative startups, including a pioneering visual AI company. His creative expertise and analytical mindset make him a uniquely versatile educator in the UX space.
