    Ankur Jain is the Founder & CEO of Bilt, the nation's largest housing and neighborhood commerce network, which allows renters to earn points on rent and rewards on local spending, helping pave a path to homeownership. Backed by an alliance representing over 4.5 million U.S. homes, Bilt was most recently valued at $3.25 billion in August 2024 and is chaired by former American Express CEO Kenneth Chenault. Jain is also the Founder of Kairos, a venture studio focused on making essential services like housing and healthcare more affordable. Previously, he was Head of Product at Tinder after it acquired his startup, Humin. Named a billionaire by Forbes in 2024, Jain was also recognized in 2017 as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, Inc. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business.
