Is This Course For Me?

User Interface Design is the practice of transforming user goals and requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional digital interfaces. This 10 week, part-time course is ideal for those looking to transition into a digital design-related role, or those who have an idea of a website that they want to bring to life.

The course introduces students to fundamental design principles, best practices, as well as visual trends and patterns relevant to crafting website and mobile applications.

Throughout the course, students will learn how to use the appropriate tools in designing and prototyping interface designs, including Sketch and InVision. The course amounts to a final project that showcases the students' user-centered design thinking in the creation of a website or app, from ideation to pixel-perfect visuals, across multiple device platforms.

*Sketch is a requirement for all students enrolled in User Interface Design
