    Jerry is a full-stack data scientist at Stripe, where he leads the development of machine learning solutions to detect suspicious transactions across more than 100 countries. With over nine years of experience, Jerry blends technical expertise with a practical, user-focused approach to problem solving. His work integrates emerging technologies like large language models and AI agents to build scalable, real-world systems that make a measurable impact. Before joining Stripe, Jerry served as Head of Wealth Data Science at BMO, where he led cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers across Private Wealth, Insurance, Private Banking, and the Trading Platform. His efforts focused on using data to enhance customer engagement, developing predictive models and segmentation strategies that helped advisors better connect with their clients and drive business growth.
