Senior Product Experience Designer

Hailey is a Senior Product Experience Designer at Mastercard, where she oversees 150 landing pages and a robust design system that fuels a best-in-class developer platform. She also leads UX research for product features enabling seamless API integrations, empowering customers to build financial solutions that drive billions of transactions and inbound API calls annually. In addition to her primary commitments, Hailey spearheads AI Governance design initiatives to advance responsible AI practices. As an academically trained fine artist, Hailey blends sharp design sensibility with a storyteller's approach in a dynamic career spanning industries and scales—from edtech and media startups to global conglomerates like Mondelēz and L'Oréal. Along her creative journey, Hailey has directed an Off-Broadway show's marketing campaign and developed personal branding for Fortune 500 C-suite executives. In 2020, she was recognized as an Adobe Young Creator and designed a telemedicine solution that served over 30 million COVID-19 patients in Bangladesh.
