    Steve is an accomplished UX leader at Amazon. He has a proven track record of building and leading successful design teams, simplifying complex workflows, and delivering user-focused products. With a strong foundation in both design leadership and software engineering, Steve excels at driving innovation with integrating AI, research, usability, and design thinking into product development. Having worked closely with IT departments at Fortune 500 companies, Steve designed software that significantly reduced the technical barriers to managing and diagnosing database problems. His research has been featured in the prestigious IBM Systems Journal. Previously Steve has held roles at IBM and Autodesk, where he consistently championed human-centred design to achieve measurable success.
