In October, Vidyard launched a tool called ViewedIt. It’s a simple, free screen-capturing tool that helps users humanize emails by embedding personal video captures.
Since then, the Kitchener company says there have been 30,000 installations of the tool across 175 countries and nearly 60,000 videos recorded, adding up to more than 150,000 minutes of video creation.
Now Vidyard has launched a business-class version of ViewedIt.
“We all hate getting those phone calls that disrupt our day, or those impersonal emails from automated systems. So we built ViewedIt,” says M ichael Litt, CEO and co-founder of Vidyard. “ViewedIt re-humanizes this type of business communication.”
The tool includes tracking to monitor engagement and can integrate with existing customer relationship management systems.
“[ViewedIt] helps sales reps and other business professionals quickly create personalized video messages which are then available to their recipient, on-demand,” says Litt. “It’s a win-win for all.”
