His one-team mentality, combined with his broad experience, inspires collaboration between different business functions, enhancing Best Buy's omnichannel approach.

Andrew is President of Touchpoints Retail Consulting, a Customer Experience consultancy helping retailers build and connect digital and physical consumer touchpoints. He was previously VP Customer Experience and Strategy at Walmart.ca leading growth, data sciences, site merch, strategy, site ops, and design for Canada's largest retailer. He is a 3x Ironman triathlete, rower and board member at Deep Cove Rowing Club, and CrossFit enthusiast. Andrew lives in East Van with his wife and son.

In his current role as SVP, Marketing and Innovation at RYU, he is responsible for leading the marketing discipline into a new dimension of innovation and design through brand, product development, marketing and creative strategy.
