Erica Salvatore is the eCommerce Merchandising and Customization Manager at adidas Canada for the adidas and Reebok brands.  She works closely with the buying and marketing teams to optimize the online assortment, enhance the digital visual merchandising and category experience, and strategically launch new product in the Canadian market.  Erica's passion for sport and fashion drives her to create a best-in-class online shopping experience for and, and is proud to be part of the world's best sport and fitness brands. Outside of work Erica loves playing soccer, cooking, and travelling.

As Head of Product at Giftagram, Bryan Lipovetsky is responsible for design, and the end-to-end North American customer experience. He is the driving force behind the look, feel, and functionality of the Giftagram marketplace. Bryan came to Giftagram in April 2016 from eBay Canada, where he led the Canadian Product and Content teams. Bryan has spent 15+ years working within the online space at eBay, Autotrader, Yahoo, and Dell.
