Previously, she led athlete and creator partnerships at TikTok Canada, where she played a key role in growing the platform's creator ecosystem. With a strong background in brand partnerships and digital strategy, Norissa has spent the last decade developing impactful collaborations across sports, entertainment, and media. She is also passionate about community building and supporting the growth of emerging creators.
