Connie is a creative strategy leader whose work lives at the intersection of storytelling, creator culture and platform innovation. She has built her career around helping brands show up more meaningfully in the world, shaping strategies and narratives that connect people through creator-led ideas. As Director of Strategy at #paid, she leads a team developing creator-first frameworks that deepen audience connection and drive measurable growth for enterprise brands.
Before joining #paid, Connie served as a Creative Solutions Lead at TikTok Canada and was a founding member of the TikTok Creative Lab. In that role, she supported product marketing initiatives, drove nationwide adoption of TikTok’s creative tools and helped advertisers develop platform-native brand stories and ad concepts informed by culture, experimentation and emerging AI capabilities. Her path also includes leading social strategy and digital marketing at Warner Music Canada, as well as shaping cultural storytelling in earlier editorial and branded content roles at VICE and Beatport, where she launched the Canadian edition of THUMP. Across every chapter, Connie brings a belief in the power of creators, culture and well-crafted stories to move brands forward in ways that feel authentic, human and impactful.
