    Jose is a Vice President of Product Management at American Express with 15 years of experience in digital product leadership. He drives product strategy for the Amex mobile apps and website, having spent over a decade building the award-winning Amex app from the ground up. His expertise in digital innovation and customer-centric design enables him to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences used by millions of consumers worldwide. Jose’s leadership fosters a culture of solution-oriented thinking, empowering cross-functional teams to own product outcomes and deliver with autonomy. He has launched several mobile and payments products globally and regularly shares his insights as a speaker at major product conferences. Jose started his career as technical engineer and shifted to product development with the advent of the app store after completing an MBA. This combination of skill sets makes Jose an innovative leader, with a in-depth understanding of technical concepts and business objectives.
